Cookie Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

This policy explains how Cliently uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, your dashboard, and the public business pages we host (e.g. yourbusiness.cliently.ng). Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a site work and remember choices.

Categories we use

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the site to function and can't be switched off. They keep you signed in, protect your session and two-factor login, guard forms against abuse, and remember your cookie choice. Payments are handled by Paystack, which sets its own necessary cookies to process transactions securely.

2. Analytics & marketing (only with your consent)

Where a business enables them, its public business page may load the Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel, set by that business to measure visits and reach its audience. On Cliently's own website these load only if you choose “Accept all”. You can control or block these cookies in your browser settings at any time.

3. Support chat

We use a live-chat widget (Tawk.to) so you can reach support. It sets cookies to keep your chat session going. If you’d like it disabled, let us know and we’ll help.

Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — it’s as easy to decline as to accept. Use the button below to re-open the cookie banner, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
