Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This policy explains how Cliently uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, your dashboard, and the public business pages we host (e.g. yourbusiness.cliently.ng). Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help a site work and remember choices.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function and can't be switched off. They keep you signed in, protect your session and two-factor login, guard forms against abuse, and remember your cookie choice. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which sets its own necessary cookies to process transactions securely.
2. Analytics & marketing
Where a business enables them, its public business page may load the Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel, set by that business to measure visits and reach its audience. On Cliently's own landing and authentication pages, the Cliently Meta Pixel loads when the page opens to measure visits and campaign performance, regardless of the cookie-choice button. You can block these technologies in your browser settings at any time.
3. Support chat
We use a live-chat widget (Tawk.to) so you can reach support. It sets cookies to keep your chat session going. If you’d like it disabled, let us know and we’ll help.
Managing your choices
Use the button below to re-open the cookie banner, or clear cookies in your browser settings. The banner controls the site's optional cookie preference; the Cliently Meta Pixel described above is not disabled by selecting the first button.
